Role Description The FFS Packing Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. The role involves operating form-fill-seal (FFS) packing machines to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe packaging of food ingredients according to production plans. Daily tasks include setting up and adjusting machinery, monitoring packing operations, checking product and pack quality, and performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.

The operator records production data, reports any machine issues or deviations,



and collaborates with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including experience with FFS Packing Machines and related Machinery.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with the ability to monitor product standards and ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, minor maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
- Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and co-workers.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or packaging operations is beneficial.
- Understanding of safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in a food production environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery or packaging is an advantage.
