Qualifications

- Strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and collection building.
- Proficiency in Embroidery and surface embellishment techniques,



with an eye for luxury craftsmanship and detail.
- Knowledge of Textiles and fabric behavior, especially natural and sustainable materials used in high-end fashion.
- Hands-on experience with Fitting, garment construction, and ensuring accurate drape, fit, and finish.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, artisans, and international clients.
- Strong visual communication skills; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
- Experience in luxury or premium apparel manufacturing environments is a plus.
