About the Role
We are looking for a confident, stylish and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion, styling and fabrics, along with excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences and personal style.
- Provide personalized styling and outfit recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable colors, silhouettes, fabrics and designs.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and collections.
- Maintain a premium and well-presented store environment.
- Follow up with clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal team for orders, alterations and customer requirements.
