We are looking for an experienced International Business Development skilled to drive global market expansion, export sales, customer acquisition and distributor development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international markets, customers & distributors
- Generate leads and build a strong international sales pipeline
- Develop market entry strategies and conduct market & competitor analysis
- Drive export sales, revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Manage international customer relationships, negotiations, quotations & proposals
- Handle export operations, documentation, logistics & shipment coordination
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements & Incoterms
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance & Sales teams
- Monitor sales, margins, customer profitability and export performance
- Lead and mentor the Export / Business Development team
