Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales through on-ground customer visits, territory management, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular on-ground visits to customers, prospects, and business locations.

Manage and develop the assigned sales territory.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activities.

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.

Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.





Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on territory performance.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, territory sales, business development, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer visits.

Target-driven with a strong focus on sales achievement.

Ability to independently manage an assigned territory.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Candidates who are immediately available or can join at short notice will be preferred.
