Role Description The Executive Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and internal communications that align with Netafim’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating layouts, illustrations, and infographics, preparing designs for print and digital production, and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support promotional and educational initiatives.

Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work. The role may also involve coordinating with external agencies or vendors and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in graphic design, visual communication, and layout design, with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related design software).
- Experience in designing for both digital and print media, including social media creatives, web banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging visual content, including icons, diagrams, and infographics.
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design principles, with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and respond constructively to feedback.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an advantage, as is familiarity with sustainability-focused or technology-driven brands.
