Role Description The Executive Director | K-12 School will provide strategic leadership, academic oversight, and operational management for a K-12 institution within Prabha Devi Group. This full-time, in office role based in Sant Kabir Nagar / Gorakhpur , involves setting the school’s vision and goals, overseeing curriculum implementation, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.

The Executive Director will manage admissions, student welfare, and parent engagement, while supervising staff recruitment, performance, and professional development. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring academic standards, budgeting and resource allocation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordination with the Group’s central leadership for alignment with broader educational initiatives.

The role also includes strengthening community partnerships, driving innovation in pedagogy and school operations, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and progressive school environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience as a Pricipal role 5 year + in school leadership or administration within K-12 education, with strong skills in strategic planning, academic governance, and institutional management.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, assessment frameworks,



and student development programs, including familiarity with contemporary pedagogical practices and educational technologies.
- Strong people-management capabilities, including team leadership, staff mentoring, performance management, and the ability to build collaborative, inclusive work cultures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills for engaging with parents, community partners, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including experience with budgeting, resource optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Education, School Administration, Management, or a related field; formal training in educational leadership or school management is an advantage.
- Experience working in or leading schools in India, with knowledge of national and regional education regulations, accreditation standards, and safety guidelines.
- Commitment to ethical leadership, student-centric policies, and fostering an environment that values diversity, inclusion, and holistic development.
