Urgent hiring for Executive Assistant /n /n Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD) /n Experience: 5 Years /n CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA ( Depends on Interview ) /n Location: S.P. Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad /n /n /n We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and executive support. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.

/n

- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

/n

- Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and other communication on behalf of the MD.

/n

- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.

/n

- Maintain confidential documents, records, and business information.

/n

- Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.

/n

- Follow up with clients, vendors, employees, and other stakeholders as required.

/n





- Assist the MD in travel arrangements, meetings, and business-related activities.

/n

- Track important deadlines, commitments, and action items.

/n

- Handle other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by the MD.

/n /n Candidate Profile /n /n

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an advantage.

/n

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/email management .

/n

- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

/n

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

/n

- Smart, presentable, professional, and well-groomed personality.

/n

- Should be comfortable coordinating with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
