We’re Hiring: Events Delegate Acquisition ExecutiveLeap Media Solutions LLC is looking for an energetic and result-driven Events Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our growing team.

The role will focus on identifying, inviting, engaging, and confirming senior IT decision-makers and C-level executives for our technology events, conferences, roundtables, and executive gatherings across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

- Delegate acquisition through telecalling, LinkedIn, email and other outreach channels
- Invite and confirm CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, IT Managers and other senior decision-makers
- Understand event-specific audience criteria and ensure delegates are properly qualified
- Maintain accurate registration and confirmation databases
- Conduct pre-event reconfirmation and follow-ups to maximize attendance




- Consistently achieve individual registration and attendance targets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with senior professionals for future events

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in delegate acquisition, telemarketing, lead generation or B2B event audience acquisition
- Excellent English communication and telephone skills
- Confident speaking with senior/C-level executives
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and online research
- Experience working on technology/B2B events will be a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is preferred
