Role Description The Event Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of wedding events from initial concept to post-event wrap-up. This position includes coordinating with in-house vendors and service teams, managing event timelines, and ensuring that all production elements are delivered as planned.

The Event Production

Manager will handle on-the-ground logistics, supervise event setup and teardown,



and address operational issues in real time to maintain a high standard of guest experience. Daily tasks involve collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, monitoring budgets, and preparing reports and documentation related to each event.

Qualifications

- Strong Event Production and Production Management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-vendor events.
- Proficiency in Event Planning, including scheduling, logistics coordination, and on-site execution.
- Effective Communication skills for working with clients, teams, and vendors.
- Ability to manage Budgeting for events, including cost tracking and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in wedding or hospitality events is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
