- Be the main point of contact for clients - Identify and develop new business opportunities - Generate leads and convert them into clients - Maintain strong client relationships - Work with our creative & production team - Be actively involved during event execution - Travel with the team for events
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers are welcome (passion matters more than experience) - 0–3 years of experience in event management/client servicing is a plus - Strong communication and coordination skills - Someone who is proactive and ready to step beyond defined roles - Willing to support across teams when needed (because events are a team sport) - Comfortable in rapid-paced environments and event timelines
