Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Sumondo is a remote, contract role focused on driving strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth in stress-management technology and workplace wellbeing. Day-to-day responsibilities include validating recent business opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and experimenting with business models across B2B and B2C segments. The EIR will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional partners to refine product-market fit, conduct user and market research,



and develop pilots or partnerships with employers and healthcare-related organizations.

This role also involves designing and testing growth experiments, preparing investor or partner-ready materials, and providing entrepreneurial leadership on key projects from concept through early execution.

Qualifications

- Entrepreneurial experience in building or scaling startups, preferably in healthtech, digital wellbeing, or SaaS.
- Strong skills in business strategy, market research, and go-to-market planning for digital products.
- Experience with product discovery, customer development, and validating product-market fit.
- Ability to design and analyze growth experiments across channels such as partnerships, B2B outreach, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, including preparation of pitch decks and proposals.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects, and operating in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.
- Background in business, entrepreneurship, technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree or prior founder experience is an advantage.
- Strong interest in mental health, stress management, mindfulness, or workplace wellbeing solutions.
