Role Description The English Language Trainer will deliver engaging, learner-centered English instruction to individuals and groups at the Speeki AI Academy site in Kochi. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and conducting lessons, guiding learners through Speeki AI’s digital tools, and monitoring progress to ensure continuous improvement in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The trainer will adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels, provide constructive feedback, and create interactive activities that align with Speeki AI’s curriculum and learning platform.





Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate learner records, collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching approaches, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills for diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills to design and deliver structured, outcome-based lessons.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to develop learning materials, assignments, and learner feedback.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to model accurate language use.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL) are an advantage.
- Experience teaching English to learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels, preferably in classroom or blended-learning environments.
- Comfort using educational technology and AI-based tools to enhance instruction and learner engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to create an inclusive, motivating learning atmosphere.
