Responsibilities:>Drive for Result

- Lead our backend engineering team both engineers and managers. This team building the API's and services to power our back-end experiences across web, as well as front-end web development.
- You not only have the technical chops to roll up sleeves and provide technical leadership to major projects, but also build and manage a team of 10-15 top notch engineers.
- Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring.
- Operating with scale and speed amidst flux, there is just a LOT happening.
- Our world-class software engineers are just getting started -- and as a manager, you guide the way.
- You are their default mentor.
- You set up best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time Architect & design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions.

Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master's in computer science or relevant fields
- 10+ years of Relevant Experience
- Strong sense of ownership
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills
- Experience in building and scaling microservices
- Strong Knowledge in RDBMS &
- NoSQL databases
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosing
- Expected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality, and enforce code quality within the team
- Excellent understanding of Debugging performance and optimization techniques
- Experience in Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring boot, Kafka
- Experience in developing any large scale Experience in cloud technologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced setting
