Role Description The Engineering Manager - .Net Core role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, managing day-to-day development activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality .Net Core-based applications and services.

The Engineering

Manager collaborates with product owners, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, plan releases, and manage project timelines. Daily responsibilities include overseeing code reviews, guiding architecture and design decisions, managing integrations with internal and external systems,



and driving best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. The role also involves resource planning, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with 5+ years in a leadership/architect role.
- Strong experience in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Blazor, C#, and backend development.
- Proven expertise in microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native architectures, and containerization. - Experience integrating AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and RPA workflows into enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with databases, Big Data pipelines, analytics integration, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare RCM workflows, EDI transactions, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/SOC 2) is highly preferred.
