- Co-ordinate end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) planning and execution activities from customer/PM requirement to PPAP.
- Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, and Event schedules.
- Demonstrate solid project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively drive project execution.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production, Purchase, Supplier, PPC, and other cross-functional teams.
- Drive prototype, tooling, fixture, trial, validation, and process development activities.
- Possess good problem-solving, decision-making, analytical thinking,



and risk management capabilities to address project challenges and meet objectives.
- Coordinate PPAP preparation, submission, customer approval, and closure of observations.
- Monitor forging, tooling, supplier, plant capacity, and production readiness for new products.
- Exhibit strong customer handling, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills while coordinating with customers and suppliers.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement appropriate recovery actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and internal procedures.
- Prepare NPD MIS, project status reports, dashboards, and management reviews.
- Demonstrate effective presentation, reporting, time management, and organizational skills for management reviews and project tracking.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
- Ensure on-time launch, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
