Role Description: This full time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role is based in Lucknow.

The Email Marketing

Specialist will plan, create, and execute email campaigns to engage audiences, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Daily responsibilities include building email lists, segmenting audiences, writing and optimizing email content, setting up workflows in email marketing and automation platforms, and monitoring campaign performance. The role involves analyzing metrics to improve deliverability, open and click-through rates,



and overall campaign effectiveness. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email initiatives with broader marketing strategies and lead generation goals.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.
- Skills in Marketing Analytics to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Ability in Lead Generation strategies and execution to support sales pipelines.
- Effective Communication skills for clear, persuasive, and audience-focused messaging.
- Experience creating and managing email campaigns, including list management and segmentation.
- Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability, compliance, and A/B testing.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
