We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional who can manage email marketing, marketing data, automation, segmentation, and performance marketing to drive lead engagement, reactivation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities :-

Email Marketing Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, reactivation, and conversion.

Create audience segments based on lead behaviour, source, demographics, and engagement.Manage email campaigns, automation journeys, drip campaigns, and follow-ups.Track key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and ROI.Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and campaign strategies.Data Management & ReactivationMaintain and manage marketing and lead databases with high accuracy.

Segment and analyse existing/aged data to identify reactivation opportunities.Build data-driven campaigns to revive inactive and dormant leads.Ensure proper data cleansing, tagging, deduplication,



and categorisation.Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead movement and conversion.Develop regular reports and dashboards on data performance and campaign outcomes.Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other relevant channels.Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling.Coordinate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of marketing spe

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Email Marketing, CRM, Data Management, Lead Reactivation, and Performance Marketing.Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.Positive understanding of lead funnels, segmentation, targeting, and conversion optimisation.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
