About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial project execution,The candidate should have complete knowledge of electrical project execution from engineering and procurement to installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute electrical works for industrial projects from start to commissioning.
- Manage complete electrical project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- HT & LT Panels
- Transformers
- HT/LT Switchgear
- MCC & PCC Panels
- VFD / Soft Starters
- DG Sets
- UPS & Battery Systems
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Motors and Motor Control Systems
- Cable laying, cable tray and cable termination
- Earthing and Lightning Protection
- Lighting and Small Power Systems
- Electrical Equipment Installation
- Plant Utility Electrical Systems
- Review and interpret SLD, electrical layouts, cable schedules, load schedules, and equipment drawings.
- Prepare and monitor electrical work schedules, material requirements, manpower planning, and project progress.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and other project teams.
- Supervise contractors and ensure work is executed safely and as per approved methodology.
- Conduct inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and punch-point closure.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, project specifications, and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with vendors for electrical equipment inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor material consumption, quality, productivity, and project cost.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical works and successful project handover.

Required Technical Knowledge The candidate must have practical industrial project execution knowledge and should understand the complete lifecycle of electrical works, including: Engineering → Procurement → Installation → Testing → Pre-Commissioning → Commissioning → Handover The candidate should have exposure to multiple types of industrial projects and not only maintenance activities.

Qualification

Mandatory:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Solid practical knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Experience in industrial project execution is mandatory.

Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering/project execution.
- Experience in industrial plants, chemical plants, gas plants, manufacturing plants, EPC projects, process plants, or similar projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in HT/LT systems and complete project execution will be given preference.
