Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical and Plumbing Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and implementing electrical and plumbing systems for residential and mixed-use projects in alignment with MEP and building services standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and site teams, and ensuring compliance with safety codes, quality standards, and local regulations.

The role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, optimizing water supply and electrical distribution systems,



and collaborating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective execution. The engineer will support project planning, estimate material and resource requirements, and contribute to continuous improvements in design and construction practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in plumbing and plumbing design for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Candidates should possess skills in water supply system design, distribution, and optimization for building projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, including integration of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in building services engineering, including design, installation, and maintenance of building utilities and infrastructure.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience in construction or real estate projects, preferably high-rise or large-scale developments.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (local building codes, safety regulations, IS standards, and green building practices).
- Proficiency in CAD/engineering design software and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
