Role Description The Educational Content Creator (Video) is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and producing high-quality educational video content for PPStack’s learning platforms and programs. Day-to-day tasks include planning lesson structures, scripting video modules, recording or overseeing video production, and collaborating with subject matter experts in areas such as AI, data science, and digital skills. The role involves transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly video content, aligned with PPStack’s curriculum and instructional design standards.

The Educational Content

Creator will work closely with instructional designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure consistency in branding, pedagogy, and learner experience across all video content.



Ongoing responsibilities include updating existing videos based on feedback, incorporating learning analytics insights, and experimenting with new formats such as micro-learning, interactive videos, and webinar-style content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in educational video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and basic video editing.
- Experience in instructional design or curriculum development for online courses, bootcamps, or e-learning programs.
- Ability to explain technical or digital-era topics (e.g., AI, data, cloud, or related skills) in a clear, accessible way for diverse learners.
- Proficiency with common video creation tools (e.g., screen recording software, editing suites, presentation tools) and familiarity with learning management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and learner engagement.
- Strong research skills to validate content accuracy and align materials with current industry practices and standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media Production, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience creating educational or training content (MOOCs, corporate training videos, tutorials, or explainer videos) is highly beneficial.
- Interest in EdTech, digital transformation, and continuous learning, with a commitment to learner-centric design.
