The role

We're hiring a Ecommerce Executive to help run our marketplace business day-to-day. You'll work directly with the Chief of Staff on Amazon and Flipkart - listings, inventory, advertising, analytics - the whole operational picture. This role is for someone hungry to learn ecommerce end-to-end and grow with a young, ambitious brand.

What you'll do

- Manage listings across Amazon and Flipkart - titles, images, A+ content, backend keywords, pricing
- Support PPC campaign hygiene on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) — bid updates, adding negatives, harvesting winners, pulling reports
- Track inventory across marketplaces and coordinate replenishment with the founder
- Pull weekly performance reports, spot anomalies, flag issues before they compound
- Handle customer reviews and marketplace Q&A;
- Coordinate with the graphics team on listing images and campaign creatives
- Support new product launches - listing setup, launch campaigns, review generation
- Own the small,



repetitive tasks that keep the marketplace machine running clean

What we're looking for

- 1–2 years of marketplace or ecommerce experience (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar) — or a sharp fresher with a demonstrated interest in ecommerce
- Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas
- Detail-oriented and organized — you don't let the small stuff slip
- Written English + Hindi (customers search and write in both)
- Willingness to learn Amazon PPC deeply
- Self-starter who flags problems before being asked

Nice to have

- Experience in incense, pooja, wellness, or D2C categories
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Cerebro, or Amazon Ads reports
- Basic grip on margins, ROAS, ACoS
