Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, monitoring inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive online sales. The specialist will analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve conversion rates, coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, and ensure accurate and timely order processing.





Daily responsibilities also include resolving customer queries related to online purchases, maintaining brand consistency across online channels, and providing regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications

-Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills for managing online platforms and driving revenue

- Plan, execute and monitor Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

-Track key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, CAC and revenue.

-Manage and optimize Fitspire's Amazon marketplace performance and advertising campaigns.

-Plan, launch, monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.

-Manage monthly Amazon advertising spends in the range of ₹10–14 lakhs.

-Monitor campaign performance, keyword performance, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ACOS and ROAS.

-Maintain and optimize ROAS in the range of 4–6, while focusing on profitable growth.
