About the Organization

SOAI India Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based gaming peripherals company and the official brand owner of AULA, LEOBOG, and PROGAMER in India. The organization designs, imports, and markets gaming keyboards, mice, headsets, and related accessories, with a growing presence across online marketplaces.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on E-commerce Executive with strong expertise in Amazon Marketplace Operations to manage and grow the AULA brand portfolio on Amazon India.

The role requires solid working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, with particular emphasis on catalogue management, marketplace operations, FBA and inventory planning, account health, returns and reimbursements, pricing, promotions, advertising, and business reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently managing day-to-day Amazon operations, resolving marketplace issues, maintaining catalogue health, monitoring performance, and coordinating across internal and Amazon teams.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Management

- Independently manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including sales, orders, inventory, pricing, returns, payments, account health, and marketplace issues.
- Monitor marketplace performance and proactively resolve operational issues impacting sales, inventory, product availability, or account performance.
- Raise, manage, and follow up on Amazon support cases relating to inventory, FBA, purchase orders, payments, account health, and other operational matters.
- Coordinate with Amazon teams and internal functions to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Catalogue and Listing Management

- Take complete ownership of the Amazon product catalogue across Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Create, update, and optimize listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, backend attributes, specifications, images, videos, and A+ Content.
- Manage new ASIN creation, parent-child variations, product families, and new product launches.
- Work with Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, and catalogue tools for listing creation and updates.
- Resolve suppressed or inactive listings, variation issues, incorrect attributes, duplicate ASINs, image issues, and other catalogue errors.




- Conduct keyword research and optimize product detail pages for improved visibility and conversion.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with Amazon policies and Brand Registry requirements.

Sales and Performance Monitoring

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance at SKU and ASIN level.
- Analyse revenue, units sold, traffic, conversion, pricing, returns, inventory availability, and advertising contribution.
- Identify underperforming and high-growth SKUs and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.
- Monitor competition, pricing, ratings, reviews, rankings, and marketplace visibility.

Vendor Central Operations

- Manage Vendor Central activities including purchase orders, confirmations, shipment coordination, operational issues, and related reporting.
- Monitor purchase order status, fulfilment, shortages, cancellations, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely order processing and compliance with Amazon requirements.
- Track and resolve Vendor Central claims, shortages, deductions, and operational issues in coordination with relevant teams.

Amazon Advertising

- Manage and monitor Amazon Advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Coordinate keyword targeting, budgets, bids, and campaign performance.
- Monitor key metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, advertising sales, and spend.
- Identify campaign performance gaps and recommend optimization actions.
- Support advertising plans for new product launches, promotions, and major Amazon sale events.

Inventory and FBA Management

- Monitor FBA and warehouse inventory, sales velocity, stock cover, and projected demand.
- Identify stock-out and excess inventory risks and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Plan and track FBA shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies.
- Monitor stranded, unfulfillable, reserved, and aged inventory.
- Coordinate inventory availability for launches, promotions, and major sale events.

Pricing and Promotions

- Monitor product pricing, Buy Box status, competitive pricing, and marketplace offers.
- Manage coupons, promotions, deals, and sale-event participation.




- Ensure pricing and inventory are aligned with promotional and business plans.

Returns and Reimbursements

- Analyse customer returns, refunds, and product-level return reasons.
- Coordinate corrective actions for products with high return rates.
- Track FBA inventory discrepancies, lost or damaged inventory, reimbursements, claims, and Vendor Central deductions.
- Raise and follow up on eligible cases until closure and coordinate reconciliation with the Accounts team.

Account Health and Compliance

- Monitor Amazon Account Health, policy notifications, listing compliance, and performance risks.
- Resolve policy violations, listing restrictions, suppressed listings, and other account-related issues within required timelines.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and Voice of the Customer where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and operational requirements.

Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, inventory, advertising, returns, reimbursements, Vendor Central operations, and account health.
- Maintain trackers for catalogue issues, support cases, FBA shipments, purchase orders, claims, and marketplace action items.
- Analyse marketplace data and highlight performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for management review.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Marketplace Operations, preferably in consumer electronics, gaming accessories, or related categories.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is required.
- Strong experience in Amazon catalogue and listing management is essential, including ASIN creation, variations, flat files, backend attributes, listing optimization, and catalogue troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including campaign management and key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Sound understanding of FBA operations, inventory planning, purchase orders, pricing, promotions, returns, reimbursements, claims, and account health.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and business reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to independently manage Amazon marketplace operations and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
