Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce marketplace.
- Handle vendor management and maintain regular coordination with vendors.
- Manage client relationships and resolve client-related queries and issues.
- Manage product listings, updates, and overall catalog management.
- Coordinate regularly with courier and logistics partners.
- Monitor and resolve shipment, pickup, delivery, and RTO-related issues.
- Closely monitor orders and shipments throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Identify operational issues and ensure their timely resolution.
- Maintain effective coordination between internal teams, vendors, clients, and logistics partners.
- Manage and coordinate First Mile and Last Mile operations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the shipment lifecycle and logistics processes.
- Maintain daily operational data, MIS, and performance reports.




- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of marketplace and logistics operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Practical experience in the logistics, courier, or courier aggregation industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of First Mile and Last Mile operations.
- Hands-on experience in Vendor Management and Client Management.
- Valuable knowledge of Product Listing, Catalog Management, and Marketplace Operations.
- Strong understanding of shipment processes and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Responsible, proactive, organized, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and operationally driven environment.
