Role Overview

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms, drive sales, ensure strong brand visibility, and support marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product listings, content, pricing, inventory and catalogue hygiene.
- Monitor sales, stock availability, orders, returns and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with marketplaces on recent launches, promotions, campaigns and visibility opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals and offers in line with business objectives.
- Manage and monitor Marketplace Advertising / Sponsored Ads, including campaign setup, keyword/product targeting, budgets and performance.
- Track key advertising metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC and conversion and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, pricing, content, logistics and customer service. Ensure marketplace price parity and brand guidelines are maintained.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports with actionable insights.





- Desired Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace operations, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion or FMCG.
- Good understanding of Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart or similar marketplaces.
- Working knowledge of Marketplace Ads / Sponsored Advertising** and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with good MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented and results-driven.
