Your Role

As a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Lead / Architect, you will lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Microsoft business applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to build secure, high-performing, and integrated solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Architect scalable and enterprise-grade solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Guide development teams on C#, Plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, and integration best practices.
- Own solution architecture, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps pipelines, and environment strategy.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce performance, security, governance, and development standards.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and other APIs.
- Drive troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities.




- Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and contribute to capability-building initiatives.

Your Profile

- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and extension.
- Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong development experience in C#, Plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Expertise in solution architecture, Dynamics 365 security model, performance optimization, and ALM best practices.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and driving technical governance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integration architecture.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, or MB-600.
