Role Description The Driver role at ITC Hotels Limited in Palampur is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests, staff, and goods. Daily tasks include operating company vehicles, following assigned routes and schedules, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with all passengers. The Driver will inspect vehicles before and after trips, monitor basic vehicle maintenance needs,



and promptly report any issues to the relevant team.

The role also involves assisting guests with luggage, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards in vehicles, and adhering to all traffic laws and hotel policies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Truck Driving and experience handling commercial vehicles such as Trucks.
- Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle driving license, with a solid record of safe driving.
- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and professional conduct.
- Ability to follow schedules and instructions, with attention to detail and reliability in time management.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in and around Palampur.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operations.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel transportation services is an advantage.
