Position: Domestic Staffing Lead

Location: Visakhapatnam

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Experience : 7-10 years

Transport: Pick and Drop

- Candidate must have 7+ years of experience in to Domestic staffing with 3 years of lead experience

- Robust experience into IT requirements.

- Act as a primary contact for the offshore recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.

- Take responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery.

- Responsible for submitting qualified candidate to the client portal-VMS/MSP.

- Attend spotlight calls and share the MOM with the group without fail.

- Any rejection of resume on VMS/client should be reviewed and discuss the reasons with the team.

- Ensuring quality submission on every requirement or declining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate with in SLA Clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing.

- On PO confirmation, ensure that you coordinate with AM/DM so you know who will reach out to the consultant to confirm with him/her.

- Participate at TekWissen at Quarterly Business Reviews with the client i.e. score card meetings.

- Manage the ATS portal content for all the active head count with Start date, work location, Pay rate, bill rate, BCG requirements etc. VMS data and ATS data should match.

- Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client needs

Client Management





- Monthly reporting metrics presentation (Client and team members’ performance) about each client to management team.

- Establish TekWissen among TOP 3 vendors with every client we are supporting.

- Manage all users who needs to have access to VMS tool and do audit on monthly basis.

- Complete understanding of Score card so we are meeting all the SLA’s.

- Can decide on the markup and payrate of the consultant based on the situation.

- Updated client presentation upload in ATS and keep it updated from time to time.

- Ensure that it has all the required information such as Client details, types of requirements, Locations, Markup/or Bill rate model, BGV requirements, etc.

Team Management

- Responsible for motivating team members and assessing their performance and evaluation on regular basis. Weekly metrics using Power BI will be shared.

- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.

- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Team capacity planning and analysis.

- Know the strength and weakness of each team member and see how we can have a right team for each client. (Example: 5 requirements/ week- 1 recruiter)

- Develop and implement action items to drive production and quality from every team/client.

- In absence of leads, AM has to deal with the day-to-day work of Lead.

- Incase team do not have enough requirements to work, get requirements from other team so that everyone is engaged.
