Role Description: -The Director of Marketing and Business Development is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and business growth strategies, aligning brand positioning, service offerings, and go-to-market plans with Meraki Consulting’s strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning, managing marketing campaigns, guiding market research initiatives,



and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.

The director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine value propositions, support sales enablement, and drive revenue growth across key sectors. The role also includes mentoring marketing and business development team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring ethical, data-driven decision-making in all external engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including Market Planning and Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing Management and leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Market Research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record in Sales and business development, including pipeline generation and deal closure.
- Experience in qualified services, consulting, or B2B environments, preferably in strategic advisory or related sectors.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision makers.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
