Role Description

This on-site internship role for Director of Business Development is based in Jaipur. The intern will support the business development leadership team in identifying recent market opportunities, assisting with business planning activities, and contributing to lead generation campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospective clients, preparing presentations and proposals, helping coordinate meetings and negotiations, and supporting account management tasks.

The role involves close collaboration with sales,



marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and FIXL SOLUTIONS’ technology services. Interns will gain exposure to strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and the full business development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Ability to contribute to New Business Development and Business Planning initiatives.
- Skills in Lead Generation and prospect research to support pipeline growth.
- Interest or experience in Contract Negotiation and basic understanding of commercial terms.
- Capability to assist with Account Management, including maintaining client information and preparing follow-up materials.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Jaipur.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) is an advantage.
