Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Ghaziabad.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various online channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, coordinating online promotions, monitoring web analytics, and preparing performance reports.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, creating targeted content for digital channels, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and grow brand presence.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, coordinate with external partners, and craft transparent messaging.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
