Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training programs in core and advanced digital marketing topics. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves preparing lesson plans, creating training materials, and conducting interactive sessions on areas such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments and evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in building practical projects and portfolios.

The role also includes staying current with digital marketing trends and tools, mentoring learners on career paths, and collaborating with the team to enhance training quality and curriculum.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills,



including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Candidates should possess practical Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with experience using major platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for brand building and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess Sales and conversion-oriented skills, including understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and basic CRM usage.
- Relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Consultant, or Specialist, preferably in an institute or corporate training environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and basic content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain punctuality, and collaborate effectively with a training and administrative team.
