We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join LogiqGen and manage our digital presence across various online platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for social media management, content creation, content publishing, audience engagement, digital campaigns, and online brand promotion. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both creative content work and data-driven digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all LogiqGen social media pages, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, captions, carousels, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Upload, schedule, and publish content regularly across social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends, industry topics, and company updates.
- Write effective captions, hashtags, descriptions, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor social media pages and respond to relevant comments, messages, and enquiries.
- Increase brand awareness, social media reach, engagement, and followers.
- Research competitors, industry trends, keywords, hashtags, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities when required.
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance.
- Track important metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.




- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing and social media reports.
- Coordinate with the design/content team to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual style across all digital channels.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a solid interest in digital marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Strong content creation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Ability to independently manage social media pages and publish content.
- Good creativity and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze basic digital marketing and social media metrics.
