About the Role

Growskill IT is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing qualified to take ownership of our digital presence, lead generation, and online growth.

We are looking for someone who understands that digital marketing is not just about posting content — it’s about generating quality leads, improving conversions, building the brand, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

*Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

*Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

*Drive quality leads and improve campaign ROI.

*Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies.

*Work on SEO, SEM, website optimization, and organic growth.

*Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

*Identify new digital marketing opportunities and growth channels.

*Conduct competitor and market research.





*Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

*Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in Digital Marketing

✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

✅ Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing & lead generation

✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance

✅ Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer acquisition

✅ Creative thinking combined with strong execution skills

✅ Ability to take ownership and work independently

✅ Experience in EdTech/B2C marketing will be an added advantage
