Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and activities.




- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve results.
- Oversee social media, website, content, and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and academic teams for marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Track marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Experience in managing digital campaigns and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in EdTech or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
