Role Description

What you’ll do:? Social Media

- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Plan content calendars
- Create posts, reels, stories, and engaging content
- Research trends and competitors

? AI & Content
- Use AI tools to research, brainstorm, write, and improve content
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows
- Find ways to make our marketing faster and more effective

? Video & Creative
- Edit short-form videos/reels




- Create basic graphics and visual content
- Repurpose existing content into different formats

✍️ Blogs & Content Writing
- Research and write blogs/articles
- Create website and social media content
- Turn ideas into transparent, engaging marketing content

? Organic Growth & Outreach
- Help with organic lead generation and audience growth
- Around 5–10% of the role may involve calling/follow-up
- Connect with relevant prospects when required

Who we’re looking for:
- A doer, not someone who only wants to observe
- Good communication and writing skills
- Comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Interested in AI and willing to learn new tools
- Basic video editing skills
- Creative and curious
- Able to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable with a small amount of calling/outreach
- Previous experience with content, social media, Canva, CapCut/Premiere, ChatGPT, or similar tools is a plus
