Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for YouTube, Instagram Reels & Shorts.
- Research YouTube growth strategies to improve reach, views, and engagement.
- Shoot camera-friendly Reels/Shorts and participate in on-camera content.
- Identify trending topics, content ideas, hashtags, and keywords.
- Assist the team with social media campaigns and basic performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Knowledge/course in Digital Marketing or YouTube Content & Growth.
- Valuable understanding of how to increase YouTube reach and engagement.
- Camera-friendly and comfortable shooting Reels/Shorts.
- Creative, confident, and willing to learn.
