Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver practical training programs in digital marketing for underprivileged youth in Recent Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves developing curriculum and lesson plans, conducting classroom and workshop sessions, and using real-world case studies and tools to build learners’ skills. The trainer will assess learners’ progress, provide feedback and mentoring, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Additional responsibilities include staying updated on current digital marketing trends, collaborating with internal teams and partners,



and supporting outreach activities to enhance program participation and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
- Practical Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience in campaigns, analytics, and content creation.
- Proven Training and coaching skills, with experience designing curricula, delivering sessions, and assessing learner performance.
- Basic Sales and outreach skills to support program promotion and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in digital marketing roles; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, and social media management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact, youth development, and working with underprivileged communities.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple batches, and maintain organized training documentation.
