Role Description This is a contract, in office Digital Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support campaign execution across social media and online marketing channels, including content scheduling, basic copywriting, and community engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with digital campaign setup, tracking performance metrics, compiling reports using web analytics tools, and monitoring competitor activities.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative assets, and help maintain brand consistency across platforms. The role also involves performing research on trends and audience behavior to inform ongoing digital marketing strategies.





Responsibilities

- Assist in creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Create and coordinate social media posts, reels, and short-form video content
- Write captions, copy, scripts, and other marketing content
- Research trends, formats, and content ideas relevant to different brands
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content execution
- Help plan content calendars and campaign ideas
- Support in brainstorming creative concepts for reels, posts, and campaigns
- Assist during content shoots and help with basic content creation when required
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone and communication style
- Stay updated with social media trends, pop culture, and digital content formats

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and platform-specific copy
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, and short-form content formats
- Basic understanding of content creation, shooting, or editing is a plus
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior internship, freelance work, or personal content page is a plus
