RFMW Innovations Lab is a growing Defence Electronics and RF & Microwave technology company based in Bangalore, working with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and India's wider defence-industrial ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help build and strengthen our digital presence and communicate our engineering capabilities to a highly technical B2B/B2G audience.

? What You’ll Do

- Manage RFMW’s website, LinkedIn company page, and other relevant digital channels
- Plan and execute quarterly content calendars
- Create content around technical capabilities, programme case studies, certifications, events, and thought leadership
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting DPSUs, DRDO labs and defence primes
- Coordinate digital marketing and collateral for exhibitions and technical symposia
- Develop and maintain capability statements, case studies and sales-enablement collateral
- Track marketing KPIs including website traffic, LinkedIn engagement, inbound RFQs, exhibition leads and content performance
- Coordinate with technical and QA teams to ensure all external communication is accurate and compliant
- Support marketing collateral for vendor empanelment submissions and tender responses

? What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- B2B,



industrial, manufacturing, or technology-sector experience preferred
- Defence/aerospace or regulated technical-sector experience is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience managing a company website and LinkedIn company page
- Strong written English with excellent attention to clarity and accuracy
- Working knowledge of SEO, content calendars, and digital analytics/reporting
- Ability to work with engineering and quality teams to develop technically accurate content
- Exhibition/trade-show marketing experience is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree required; BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred

⭐ Good to Have
- Familiarity with India's defence procurement ecosystem — DPSUs, DRDO, MoD, Make in India / Atmanirbhar Bharat
- Experience with Canva / Adobe Suite
- Experience working with ISO-certified or quality-driven organisations
