Job Summary :

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Profesional who can manage the complete digital marketing function, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, CRM, social media, SEO, analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

● Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

● Generate and optimize leads based on CPL, quality and conversions

● Manage CRM, lead allocation, lead tracking and follow-ups

● Prepare campaign, lead and conversion reports

● Coordinate with the sales team for lead performance and conversion tracking

● Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and other social channels

● Plan monthly social media calendars and content strategies

● Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives, reels and campaign content

● Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and social media performance

● Handle complete on-page and off-page SEO

● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

● Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings and website content

● Work on technical SEO basics,



indexing, sitemap and Search Console issues

● Build backlink and off-page SEO strategies

● Manage and optimize Google Business Profile

● Monitor website performance through GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager

● Track traffic, leads and conversion sources

● Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns

● Continuously improve overall digital marketing performance
