Role Description : “Digital Marketing Executive – FinTech | B2B | Brand & Growth”.

The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities to strengthen ASL’s brand presence and support business growth. This full time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves planning and running online campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing website and landing pages, and coordinating content for various digital platforms. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing performance reports, and suggesting improvements based on insights.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies,



and partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of ASL’s fintech products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and online brand management.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and basic graphic or video tools.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with email marketing, marketing automation platforms, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research, and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and audience-focused messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate in teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
