Dialysis Technician

We are looking for an experienced dialysis technician to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient dialysis treatment, operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients, and maintaining proper infection-control standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor haemodialysis machines during procedures.
Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor vital signs throughout treatment.
Perform dialysis procedures as per hospital protocols and physician instructions.
Manage dialysis access such as AV fistulas and catheters.
Monitor patients for complications and report abnormalities promptly.
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
Follow infection control, safety,
and quality standards.
Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist in maintaining adequate supplies and smooth functioning of the dialysis unit.
Eligibility & Skills:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology, or equivalent.
8+ years of relevant experience in a hospital/dialysis centre.
Strong experience in haemodialysis procedures and dialysis machine handling.
Positive knowledge of patient monitoring and infection-control practices.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Preference: Candidates with experience in a reputed hospital or high-volume dialysis unit will be preferred.
