Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training and mentor learners in DevOps tools, cloud technologies, automation, and CI/CD practices.

Location: Bengaluru – Onsite

Experience: 4–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Important

This is a TRAINER role, not a DevOps Engineer/Support role. Candidates should have significant training/mentoring experience along with hands-on DevOps expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver DevOps theory and hands-on training.
- Conduct practical labs, assignments, and real-world projects.
- Train learners on Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Provide training on AWS/Azure cloud and DevOps practices.
- Develop lab exercises, assessments,



and training materials.
- Conduct troubleshooting sessions and mock projects.
- Mentor learners and track their progress.
- Keep training content updated with current DevOps tools and practices.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Proven experience in DevOps training, mentoring, or technical workshops.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust practical troubleshooting and mentoring ability.

Preferred

- Experience training professionals or conducting DevOps bootcamps.
- Relevant AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
- Experience developing hands-on labs and real-world projects.
