About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce platforms. Your expertise will help standardize development workflows, streamline release processes, and minimize deployment risks.

You will own the end-to-end release management lifecycle, collaborating closely with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, Salesforce deployment automation, and release management, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce platform management, DevOps methodologies, and automation tools. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. Proven experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, release automation,



and environment governance is essential.

Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of branching strategies, packaging models, and quality gates to ensure robust deployment processes. Excellent collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, familiarity with DevSecOps practices, monitoring tools, and version control systems will be highly advantageous.

A proactive mindset and a continuous learning attitude are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the following key duties:

- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications to facilitate validation, testing, deployment, and monitoring of releases.
- Standardize branching, packaging, and environment management processes across multiple teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention, improve deployment speed, and enhance release quality.
- Establish and enforce quality gates, security controls, and DevSecOps practices to mitigate release risks and ensure compliance.
- Own the entire release lifecycle, from planning to execution, continuously identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams to align deployment strategies and resolve deployment issues.
- Monitor system performance and deployment metrics, providing insights to optimize the release process further.
- Maintain documentation of deployment procedures, configurations,



and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
