Role Description The Desktop Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore. The individual in this role will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals used by employees across the facility.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, handling printer support, and performing routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The role involves installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining inventory of IT assets, documenting support activities, and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed.

Engineer will also assist with basic network connectivity checks, user account setups, and adherence to company IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications
