Role Description The Design Consultant role at NoBroker.com is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, you will consult with property owners and tenants to understand their interior design needs, recommend furniture and furnishings solutions, and create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts. You will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide customized design proposals, manage end-to-end design execution, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing design concepts and presentations, coordinating with vendors and contractors,



and maintaining accurate documentation of design specifications and budgets. You will also contribute to improving design-related processes and customer experience within NoBroker’s interiors and home services offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities with proven skills in Customer Service, including handling inquiries, managing expectations, and building long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sales, with experience in consultative selling, upselling design solutions, and meeting revenue or conversion targets.
- Applied knowledge of Interior Design, including space planning, color coordination, and material selection for residential or commercial properties.
- Hands-on experience working with Furniture and Furnishings, including product selection, customization options, and vendor coordination.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to create and read basic design drawings; familiarity with design tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Pune and visiting client properties as needed.
