Overview / Objectives

The Electronic Design & Development Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, validation, and optimization of electronic products. The role requires hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, electronic component selection, schematic development, simulation, and product validation. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Educational / Technical Qualification: B.E/B.TECH in Electronics Engineering

Professional Qualification : Experience in Design and Development

Special Requirements (if any)

- Proficiency in Electronics.
- Experience with electronics circuit and debugging.
- Knowledge of LT Spice, PCB design and layout software.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
- Understanding of analog and digital circuit design.

Description Strategic

- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits.
- Select and evaluate active and passive electronic components for product development.
- Create schematics and perform circuit simulations using industry-standard tools.
- Support complete product development lifecycle from concept through production.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product performance, reliability, and overall success.

Operational

- Conduct product analysis, benchmarking, and design improvements.
- Develop electronic hardware designs as per product specifications.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, support component costing, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
- Generate technical documentation, test reports, and engineering records.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project teams during product development.
