Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Badod, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for infrastructure and manufacturing operations. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, requesting and reviewing quotations, and negotiating contracts and commercial terms in line with project budgets and timelines. The role involves managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams, and maintaining accurate procurement records and reports.

The Procurement

Manager is expected to monitor market trends and material prices,



ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and support cost-optimization initiatives without compromising quality or safety standards. The position requires proactive stakeholder communication and regular supplier performance reviews to ensure reliable supply and solid vendor relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including strategic sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for infrastructure and manufacturing materials.
- Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation skills, including assessing supplier capabilities, quality, delivery performance, and commercial competitiveness.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills, including drafting, reviewing, and administering supply contracts and service agreements.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, including cost analysis, price benchmarking, data-driven decision-making, and inventory optimization.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing procurement, with familiarity in EPC or large project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems, MS Office, and documentation practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Badod and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
